Email Privacy Request Send a detailed request to our dedicated privacy address. Include your registered email and the specific data action you need — access, correction or deletion — and we will handle it within 72 hours.
Live Chat Support Open the live chat window from any page on kabook to speak with a support agent. For data queries, ask to be transferred to the privacy team and have your account details ready to verify your identity.

Data Collection

We collect only what is necessary to run your account and process transactions. This includes your name, contact details, payment method identifiers such as your UPI handle, and session activity logs used for fraud prevention.

Account Security

Your account is protected by password hashing and optional two-factor authentication. When you initiate a withdrawal, we verify your identity against the details you registered with before releasing funds to your Paytm or PhonePe wallet.

Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account remains active and for a period after closure as required by applicable Indian financial regulations. You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time through the Help Centre.

Who Can Access Your Data

Inside kabook, data access is limited to staff whose role requires it — account management, payment processing and fraud teams. We share data with payment processors like UPI networks only to the extent needed to complete your transaction.

Requesting Changes

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data. Submit your request via email or the in-account Help Centre. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and complete the action within seven working days.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and date of birth at registration. Once you transact, we also record your chosen payment method details — such as your UPI ID or linked Paytm account — and the transaction amounts and timestamps for each deposit or withdrawal.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with payment processors — UPI networks, Paytm and PhonePe — to complete transactions, and with fraud-detection services that help keep your account secure. No marketing third parties receive your personal details.

After account closure we retain your data for the period required under applicable Indian financial and regulatory rules. Data that is no longer legally required is deleted or anonymised. You can request confirmation of deletion once the retention period ends.

Yes. Log into your account, go to the Help Centre, and choose the Privacy and Data tab to submit a data access request. We will compile your information and make it available for download within seven working days of verifying your identity.
